Squash blossoms stuffed with cheese San Simón

/ingredients/

• squash blossoms • Cheese San Simón da Costa • Oregano • anchovies or olives chopped (optional) • wheat flour • corn flour • salt • 250 g cherry tomatoes • water

/receta/

  1. Wash and remove the flowers within the flower.
  2. Fill with a piece of cheese San Simón da Costa, oregano and optional anchovies or olives at the bottom of the flower.
  3. Prepare half and half cornmeal and wheat flour, add a pinch of salt and water into a paste, not very thick.
  4. Flower batter fills in this paste and fry in hot olive oil.
  5. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
