250 g of yogurt (lemon) • 250 g of fresh cheese (Requeixo) • 250 g of cream • 250 g sugar • 4 eggs • 150 g flour • butter mold

/recipe/

1. Whisk in a bowl the yogurt, cottage cheese, cream, eggs and sugar.
2. Once the other ingredients well blended add the flour until the dough smooth and well blended.
3. Grease pan with butter or similar, once greased sprinkle with flour to facilitate stripping.
4. Pour batter into the pan and bake at 180-200 degrees.
