With simplicity and love we give our San Simon cheese course, with the centuries-old tradition and ensuring the compliance of a product best Galician with protected designation of origin. Handmade with milk from cows on our farm. Since milk comes our exploitation for production we have today with milk from the region of Terra Chá which must be cow's milk from the Galician Rubia breed, brown Alpine, Friesian and their crosses each other.
Cure for a long time and smoked with birch wood.
In Queixería Don Crisanto we can also offer other products typical of the area of Galicia as the country's cheese (Patela) or queso fresco (Requeixo).
